Review Guidelines

1. Principles of Honest Reviews

Reviews must be based on personal and real experiences of interacting with an organization or using its services.

It is recommended to indicate the date or time period when you used the service — this helps others understand the relevance of the review.

The review must be written personally by the user, not on behalf of third parties.

2. Review Requirements

  • Objectivity and honesty — write facts, not just emotions
  • Constructive criticism — mention both positive and negative aspects
  • Specific details — include information such as timelines, prices, service quality, and staff attitude
  • Respectful tone — use polite language without insults or personal attacks
  • Language of reviews — Russian and English are allowed. Avoid excessive slang, abbreviations, or ALL CAPS writing

3. Prohibited Reviews

Not allowed:
  • Knowingly false or misleading information
  • Insults, defamation, obscene language, national or personal attacks
  • Reviews written for compensation or at the request of an organization/competitors
  • Reviews from competitors (including hidden/anonymous)
  • Spam, advertising, or links to third-party resources unrelated to the service

4. Review Moderation

All reviews are subject to pre-moderation before publication.

Suspicious reviews may undergo additional verification (administration may request clarifications or proof).

The administration reserves the right not to publish reviews that violate the rules without separate notification.

Users may submit an appeal if their review is rejected.

5. Organization Responses

Organizations have the right to leave an official reply to reviews.

The reply must be polite, respectful, and address the essence of the review.

Insults, aggression, or personal attacks are prohibited.

Remember: These rules are designed to ensure that reviews are useful, fair, and help other users make informed decisions.
